Shipping Policy

Full details of the shipping methods, timings and terms that apply to Label District orders.

Processing

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are processed the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Shipping methods & costs

UK Standard (2–4 working days): £4.95 — free over £100
UK Express (1–2 working days): £7.95
UK Next Day (order before 2pm): £9.95
Europe: calculated at checkout, 3–7 working days

Delivery addresses

We're unable to ship to PO Boxes, freight forwarders or unstaffed locations. If a courier can't complete the delivery, they'll leave a card with next steps.

Duties & taxes

UK orders include VAT. Duties or import taxes on European orders (where applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the courier and get you a resolution.
