Returns & Refunds
Not quite right? You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items for a full refund.
How to return an item
- Fill in the returns form below, or email returns@thelabeldistrict.co.uk with your order number.
- We'll reply with a returns form and prepaid UK returns label.
- Repack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Drop the parcel at your nearest courier point.
Refund timings
Once your return arrives at our warehouse we'll inspect it and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank may take a further 2–5 days to show the funds.
Items we can't accept
- Items worn, washed or altered in any way
- Items returned without their original tags or packaging
- Underwear, swimwear or grooming products (for hygiene reasons)
- Final sale items marked as non-returnable
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free return and replacement or refund.
