Returns Policy

Our full returns policy, including the 30-day window, eligible items and refund timings.

Return window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must arrive back at our warehouse within 14 days of your return being approved.

Condition

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags, brand packaging and any accessories included.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of your return being received and inspected. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or our error.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act.
